Hi! I am not so sure I should post his name on this web. Kind of disrespectful to the site owner. NAW is a very reputable lawyer in N.Y. City in downtown area. His firm is major in immigration law. Around 30 and above lawyers and legal assistants in there. These days I can tell you it's hard of any lawyer to maintain this sizable office. I think you should call the number on that web to explain your situation and get the consultation. Again, as I recommend to all my friends and other people, talk to few more lawyers is better. However, if you are urgent, you should call NAW to speak to him directly. He is the managing director in that company. Sorry I can not refer you directly. I personally know him, and he's been handling my complicated situation for many years. Not to the deportation extend, but it's also a tough one. He is a real gentleman and will give you an adequate advice of your situation.

There are only 30 attorneys listed for New York, NY on AILA - American Immigration Lawyers Association's website www.aila.org There are many lawyers that call themselves "Immigration attorneys", but I only trust the ones on the list based on past bad experiences. Good luck!
