Urgent G-325A question

Hi,

I'm sending out my paperwork tomorrow and a doubt arose reading another thread. I tried to search the forum, as I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I had no success.

I'm enclosing 3 sets of G-325A (one for my wife, the petitioner, and two for me, the beneficiary).

I checked the "Status as a permanent resident" box, but I understand that I had to check other in some set.

Where do I have to check "other" and what do I have to specify?

My guess would be that I have to check "other" in the two sets of G-325 regarding the I-130 (and specify "petition for an alien relative"??) and that I have to leave "Status as permanent resident" in the G-325A regarding the I-485.

Could anybody confirm?

Thanks a lot.

In the sponsor's G325A, I have checked "Other" and put spouse's I-485.
In the G325A for beneficiary,(both I130 & 485) , we have checked status as permanent resident
going to send the papers next week as well.

We mailed ours complete last week. On the I-130 we checked other - and typed I-130 petition and on the I-485 we checked permanent residence. We had an attorney proof our entire package and add the G28 so I am hoping that those boxes are checked correctly.

Good Luck.

could someone please confirm ? I am about to send the papers and would like to know whether we need to make any correction or not...

Workhomes, it makes sense that for I-130 you check "other" and write "petition for alien relative" and for I-485 you check "permanent residence".
I think we checked "permanent residence" for both sets of forms, and they didn't mind either. Now, I would probably go with the first version.
