Urgent: G-325A filling !!

Hello,

I am rushing to get the I-485 out before the deadline.

I use the fillable G-325A file and filled correctly the first page with Adobe software. All the other 3 pages are filled automatically.

I just found a strange problem:
In the "This form is submitted in connection with application for:"
on the first page I check "Status for permanent resident"

But all the other three pages are checked with "Naturalization"

Is this right?
Is this a software problem?

Should these 4 pages identical?
