Hi All.
I ma in the process of starting perm labor.

My companies attorney's paralegal has email me drafts of the forms ETA 750 A and ETA 750 B.

She has asked me to review them carefully with my mgr and send any commnets feedback etc.

I have NO clue what to check for...
Can some one please help or provide pointers on what to check...

appreicate any help.
thx

Your lawyer and paralegal might still live in stone age. ETA750A&B has been gone after PERM program started this March. You might be dealing with incompetent law firm. Good luck.

Fire her and find someone else :) Don't waste time for someone who does not even know about PERM.

Oh God!
Are you guys sure? Is there a documentation somewhere that I can refer too?
Before I compalin.

Thanks guys for pointing this out.

What forms should they fill ? Is it normal practice to send the form for review by the candidate.

forms ok. not like others scared you

hay subhash,
form 750 A & B. will be prepared to file 8898 (which is online/PERM). based on the forms 750 A and 750 B information. So you have to review all the information they have typed or entered correct. make sure all your h1B copies start dates and Role and designation, manages' contact details..etc.

Pre PERM days they used to submit these 750 A & 750 B forms to USCIS. Now based on the same form they are entering data online (form 8898).

here is what the DOL website says on Perm forms.

"As of March 28, 2005, applications (Form 750) will no longer be accepted under the regulation in effect prior to March 28, 2005, and instead new applications (ETA Form 9089) will need to be filed under PERM at the appropriate National Processing Center."

The form to be used is ETA 9089 and eventually this form will be filed online...

So I don't see why ETA 750 A&B should be used. They should be prparing draft of the 9089 form...
