We have applied for the I-485, I-130 for our in-laws(My husband sponsored them as we are Citizens now). ApplicationS are processed by NBC and our Local district office is Arlington, VA. My in-laws received I-131 (Travel documents) and went to Delhi 5 MONTHS BACK. Their I-130 and I-485 have been aprroved now. I have the Notice of action which says that I-485 has been approved and the Green Cards are ordered.
Is it ok that their applications are approved while they are in India. When should they come back?. Is it ok if they come back after 45 days?. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
