URGENT Filling I131 Advance Parole Myself - Please Advice/Comment

Hello Friends,

I am planning to reapply for AP myself since my previous Advance Parole Expired. I am doing it myself since I had bad experience with my attorney who reapplied my EAD. if anybody had done that before, would you please share your experiences?

I took the printout of I131 form sheela murthy web site but the application says the processing fees is $65. I remember that I paid $95 when I first applied AP along with I485. Please advice me if anybody has filed the I131 Adavnce Parole without help of lawyer.

I filled the Application and It looks simple. I am shortly expecting Green card Approval but I am doing this incase of any emergency.

RD SEP 27th 2000
ND - OCT 26th 2000
FP - March 18th 2001

The filing fees has been increased to $95. The information printed in the instructions $65 is not correct.

This is a self-service Only

You don\'t need a lawyer to do this. Usually, people do themselves. It\'s just a piece of cake. Go ahead do it yourself. Send it by a regular mail it\'s not worth wasting $10.00 on FEDEX.
