Urgent...file transfer...form TSC to VSC

Hi all,

This is my first post in this fourm.

My employer is based in VA. During my labor certification and I 140 petation I was in TX. Then once my I 140 was approved I moved to VA.

My labor certification was issued in sept 2001 and i 140 was approved on april 2002.

But my "stupid lawer" sent my file to TSC instead of VSC. It should be sent to VSC as my employer is in VA . As everybody knows TSC is very slow and takes more than 775 days to process such kind of application.

I dont understand why TSC accepted my application and issued my EAD.

I requested TSC to trasfer my case to VSC. But it has been more than 4 months that I havent received anything from TSC. Do anybody knows what should be done in such case. I havenot received FP notice yet.

Gurus any help , ideas will be higly appricated...

I am also in the same boat. My company is located in CA (where my labour and 140 was processed) and my STUPID lawyer sent my 485 file to Texas insted of CA (For employment based catagories, 485 can be processed in service center where you live (for me in TX) or the service center which processed your Immigrant Petition (for me CSC).

Anyway, I changed my job using AC21 and requested TSC to CSC as now I live in Arizona. I faxed them a request 2 weeks back no info till.

I am not sure what's going to happen? I will keep trying to talk to an IIO. I am also worried about EAD/AP extension filing. Where to file ?? TSC or CSC???

If you have any info, keep us in the loop.
