Hi Everybody:

I am on OPT after getting MS degree and work for a startup company. I am on back-compensation since it has no funding yet. I am a cofounder and I have 12% of stock.
What are my chances to get H1b?
I heard it was possible before Sept.11 but now it's tough?
Does it make a difference if you have a strong case like education, position in the company, number of people in the company, bussines plan, letters of intention from investors,.....?
Or, is it the case where only cash in the company's account matters?

My OPT expires on 1/1/2003.

Thanks for any responses,

It should not be a problem. Size does not matter.financial health is one thing INS looks for but not in terms of cash in account.
