Urgent: Experience letter - importance of letterhead

I got an RFE last week on my I140 application( receipt date July 06,NSC). The RFE says "the affidavit from *** does not conform to Service standards" .

While quoting experience thorough a colleague's affidavit is debatable I dont have any other choice and have to go with this approach.
My affidavit from the collegue was not on a company letterhead. The colleague has moved on to another company since we worked together( at the place I quote experience. Company A).

Now there are 2 schools of thought on this
1) Immihelp (http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/employmentbasedimmigration/i-140-immigrant-worker-petition.html) says that even if the collegue has moved to another company (Company B) the affidavit must be on the his company letterhead( Company B letterhead).

2) If my colleague quotes experience of a company A on a company B letterhead USCIS might get confused and deny the application.

What do you think is a justfiable approach ?

I dont know what USCIS means by " does not conform to service standards"
1) My experience has not been proved /My presence has not been proved/The duration of the presence has not been proved.
2) My colleague's presence in the company has not been proved( Or the presence is Ok the duration is debatable)

Any thoughts on this is appreciated.
