My parents went to consulate for an interview in F4 category. There was some discrepancy between DOB for my mother. I think initially when sponsorer sent the documents in 1989 he my mistake put the wrong DOB (not sure since he does not have copies of that application).
consulate refuse to issue GC for my mother and asked them to call after one week and gave them a letter stating " Need to send NCIC for....<mother's name>" Thaey also told that now my parents dont need an interview.
Does any one now about such kind of situations... Please let me know.
