Urgent: Employment letter in form DS-1743 ?

My lawyer has sent employment letter using DS-1743 form, which can\'t be on company\'s letter head. However comany is giving me another employment verification letter(to me)say that I am employee of this company, but that is not noterized. Is it O.K?
I \'ll be leaving for interview on Jan 11. Pls help.

You wud need your Emp. Letter Notorised [This is a must] .the form is Optional not seen any consula
