urgent: employer netincome issue ???

Hi ,

My LCA got approved recently through PERM and Today I was completeing some I-140 documents.

And I observed some info which looks odd to me.

Employer Gross revenues: 36.8Million USD
net revenue : 356,000 USD


I am not sure why is there a low net income ( 1% profit ) where there us 37Millions buisness.

anyway, is that low netcome going to be a problem to my I-140 application ( for LCA approved through PERM )


please advise before I ask my HR and lawyer...

Give me a break, there is no issue with your case. Ultimately it all boils down to their ability to pay. If they have not violated any rules in past, there should not be a problem with genuine offer and net income about 10,000 or in some cases 'N/A'. There are ways to save money from Uncle Sam and that brings the net income down.
