Urgent! EAD. Vermont vs. Local office

Hi everyone,

Thanks in advance for your help.

We have the following situation: Our EAD expires July 14th. We have not applied yet for renewal (had our reasons). Now we have slightly less then 90 days left.

Our questions:
- Can we submit our documents for EAD renewal to a local center (We are in CT)? Our visas are H1B and H4.

- Where do we have a chance to receive our approval faster? Vermont or Local Office?

- We are not sure where we will live in a month or two. So if we are to apply to the local office and then move to another state, can we run across any problems?

Many thanks.

------ If your I-485 is pending with Vermont service center then you have to apply EAD with service center.

---- you have to apply with vermont once you get filin reciepts from VSC then after 90 days you can go to local USCIS office to get iEAD
- We are not sure where we will live in a month or two.
---------EAD will be ONLY sent to your home address where to live or fill the adresss on form I-765
So if we are to apply to the local office
---- You can not apply directly with local office

and then move to another state, can we run across any problems?
---- if you gove adddress on X city on EAD form then move the EAD will go back to USCIS srvice center then again you have to update the address
Many thanks.
