Is this denial of service request or denial of EAD Renewal?
I am confused. Lawyer or I never received any denial notice so for and online case status showing initial review with LUD of 06/26/2010.

What should I do now? Please let me know.

Any updates on your case?

I am in a similar boat. I efiled my 7th year EAD renewal on May 21st. Opened a service request on July 13th. Recd an email from USCIS today that they have issued an RFE. Not sure what it is as I am yet to receive it, I guess it will be biometrics/pictures. Somehow I never recd an appointment notice this time.

I have an infopass scheduled for August 23rd. Will wait and see what they suggest.

Question - will they issue an interim EAD?
does the 90 day clock starts after I respond back to the RFE?

I DON'Y KNOW WHAT I CAN DO AT THIS TIME, MY EMPLOYER I'LL BE WAITING FOR ME ONLY THIS WEEK IN ORDER TO SEE IF I RECEIVED MY EAD
