Are any of the persons from family have a permanent residency or citizen ship?

My brother got his green card recently in november, do I need to write Yes , would that be any problem for my H1?

I am appearing for visa intvw on 25th Jan in ottawa canada. I had F1 before.

Please answer me ASAP. I wud appreciate that.

Rule of thumb: Never provide false information (or) knowingly omit information on any forms that you fill out. It'll come back to bite you sometime !

Say YES ... that, by itself, is no reason to reject your H1 visa ... especially since H1 allows for Dual intent (you can pursue an immigrant intent while on H1).
So there is no "risk" for you in this case.

Include F1 time as time spent in the US.
