Pl. comment as per my company lawyer.
"The DOT (Dictionary of Titles) is no longer used by DOL (Department of Labor) in our region. Region VI now used the "O*NET. This is not to say that the DOT is "obsolete". It is still used in other DOL regions and is used as a reference by our region. The DOT had thousands of job titles to cover all possible jobs, and now the O*NET has about just a few hundred. CIS is not DOL, so in your RFE I will be providing CIS will the crosswalk information, and the O*NET information. If you copy the DOT's exact job description, instead of having something reflective of company C, it would look funny.
