URGENT !!!!! Does my name have to be on my wife's passport and vice versa???

Leaving for interview in 2 weeks. Any clarifications will be appreciated.

We both don't have each others names on our passport.

i would say NO

wife might have hubby's last name, and sometimes middle name, but its not a must. she can continue to have her maiden name.

and in general, passports contain only parents name. don't contain spouse name since spouse can change if person gets remarried.

as long as u hv marriage certs and other proofs of marriage u should be ok.
