(URGENT) Does H1B gets invalid, using Advance Parol?

I know this question asked by many people. But today my attorney is saying, H1B gets invalid, using Advance Parol.

I am travelling tomorrow to INDIA. Please suggest as soon as possible.

I also have EAD (But never used it), So what should i do to use EAD?

Could any body answer this.
I am in similar situation. Working on H1 but no valid visa stamping so planning to use AP. Would this cause H1 status to be invalid. If that is the case then I may have to get the H1 visa stamping by visiting Canada.

Give a copy from your EAD to your employer. Have a safe trip.

use of AP does not invalidate H1 status if you are working with the same employer who filed latest H1.one can also file H1 extension after use of AP
