(URGENT) Does H1B gets invalid, using Advance Parol?

I know this question asked by many people. But today my attorney is saying, H1B gets invalid, using Advance Parol.

I am travelling tomorrow to INDIA. Please suggest as soon as possible.

I also have EAD (But never used it), So what should i do to use EAD?

I dont have clear idea of H1B invalid, but for using EAD, you have to just give your EAD photo copy to your company HR.

Ask your attorney about document that states that using AP invalidates H1 and share the response please.

No it does not invalidate H-1

If your attorney says otherwise, you decide which response to go with.
