urgent:::docs for filing 485

do we need to file employment verification letter
and Form of Affidavit, along with the 485 application?
My lawyer didnt file these. So far I didnt get RFE.
I got ap/ead approvals and fp done.
My Nd/Rd is march 2001 and fp done on aug 2 as scheduled.
I am concerned I might get RFE, should I ask my lawyer
to send in those docs instead of waiting for a potential RFE?
did u guys send in those docs alongwith 485?

I would say wait till you get REF , if any , hopefully none

When mine was applied a letter was there from the employer, saying we employe Mr .. since .. salary .. , but not Affidavit(financial) ( mine was employment based) , as for sending the documents now, i think , even if you send them to INS now i dont know how will they process and get thoes documents in your file.
Just a suggestion ...
