Urgent: Company shutdown after 2FP without RFE

Sep 30th is a bad day for me. My company was shutdown.

Here is the status of my case:
485 RD: Aug 21, 2002
485 ND: Aug 27, 2002
2FP: Jul 16, 2004
Last status updated: Jul 21, 2FP received

It looks like my RFE could arrive anytime! I cannot find a new job so quick! What should I do now?

Clam down,

You don't have to show employment status unless you been asked in an RFE or in an interview.
If your company informed the NSC about the your new status you may expect this but small company normally not doing this because it will coast them more money.

Hi,

My advice to you - just in case ask your company to provide you RFE right now
When our company notified all technology department, few of us asked to do RFE ( your process is almost done, you will have your GC very soon - I see your name closed to mine in Rupnet, I got my approval last Friday)

Cool down, you are OK, it's already 6 month after filing I-485,
just search another company and join it.

You have 90 days to respond to RFE. If I can't get a job in 3 months, responding to RFE or GC will be the least of my worries.

Congradulation, Elena!

I will prepare RFE letter. But I do not have pay check(my last pay check come from last month)! If pay check was required in RFE, it will be a big problem. Any idea?

Wait till you get a job before you responding to RFE. CIS my require paychecks or other additional evidence on top of letter from employer.
