URGENT :change in employer

Gurus,

I am currently working as a Software engineer and have got a job offer with a different title (Risk manager) with a different company. my 140 was approved in oct and 485 is pending almost for 6 months now.

Can I change my job with AC21 rule in the light of my job title being different with the new job? . I do understand that one needs to move to a similar job in order to be considered for the AC21 rule

what are the options avbl to me ...please advise

------ best option get letter from new employer to invoke AC21 with SAME/ Similar job duties as on approved LC. I have seen many AC21 cases being approved with diffrent job title, Salary Location is also not a issue but get letter with same job juties.

----- when send AC21 letter better let the employer write the same/similar job duties( ask the employer BEFORE you join if they will give you that letter and write the Same or Similar job duties on future permanent job offer letter)
