Urgent Case. May I use AC-21?

My case:
Jun 2001: I140 pending (Company A)
Jun 2001: I joined company B
Aug 2001: I140 with company A got approved
...Now: Still working in Company B waiting for LC

While waiting for LC on company B. Is there any possibility I can take AC-21 to file I-485 (maybe some tricks)? I knew the I-140 for company A was still active, not revoked yet. I'm in California. If yes, what should I do?
I appreciate any advice.

----- you have I-140 approved BUT I-485 NOT pending more than 180 days at this time you are not eligible to use AC21. if you file I-485 based on I-140 approval of A and A dont revoke the approved I-140 while your I-485 is pending more then 180 days then you may be eligible to use AC21. the risk is that employer A may have used your LC for somebody else and other persom may have filed I-140 , I-485 based on that LC .

---- other RISK: also read the AC21 august MEMO and read second page that state that employer who file I-140 need to have intent at the time of I-140 approval that they have permanent job offer for you
and you were not with A when I-140 was approved ( read the correct language from MEMO).
USCIS can ask you to provide a letter from company A that they had the intent to hire you on permanent basis after I-485 approval at the time of I-140 was approved.

According to the current processing time, is it possible for my I-485 pending 180 days before actually they start process? What will happen if they start process within 180 days of my I-485 filing?

I understand green card is for future job. Does anyone have a sample letter sent with I-485 for a PROSPECTIVE job from an employer which the alien has not been working for?
