Urgent:Can LCA form ETA 9035 be certified after filing for H1

I got a query from USCIS about my LCA form ETA 9035 whjle transfering H1B. My LCA form submitted to USCIS was not certified by DOL, the attorney forgot to get that done. Is it possible to get that form certified now once the H1B paper is already with USCIS. If not what are the other options. Any help is appreciated.

--dont use that attorney in future, if you have new LCA for new employer just send that with query to USCIS
Is it possible to get that form certified now once the H1B paper is already with USCIS.
----- I thaught that your company attorney forget to attach the certified LCA with H1 transfer papers. your employer/lawyer need to send certified LCA and lawyer can get in 2-3 dats if he never got the LCA
If not what are the other options.
----- if USCIS dont get approved LCA then they will not approve H1 transfer or extension

The attorneys did send the LCA t USCIS but that wasnt certified. Can the attorneys get a certified LCA from back date since I have already started working at the new company.

-------------- your attorney is a big fool, one needs to file LCA certified by DOL with H1 papers, dont your attorney know the basics of H1 filing????? go to other lawyer
