Urgent!Can i leave more than 60 days?

I have got Advance Parole.Now the question is how long i can stay outside
America. Say,if i stay more than two or three months, will that casuse problem when return on AP?
I already booked my airticket, hope it\'s will be fine.

It is ok.

You can be on AP till the expiry date outside US.

Urgent!!! Laid off!!! travelling on Parole!!!

Hi,
   I have a problem. I have my parol documents, I got laid off after, 4.5 months of filling for 485. I don\'t have a new job nor any new H1B. Can I travel to India, if immigration officer at the airport asked me about my job status, what should I say. Is it risky to travel.

If you are on H1 and if the officer at POE asks are you with your employer.. What do you say???

You can travel, its not a problem until your AP is Valid.

If the Officer asks you while entering US, you should say that I am still working to same employer(whatever your company, who filed your 485), dont say I got laidoff.
