My consulting company is doing my GC.They are using their lawyers which are very good.My company changed its name and they have filed for the amended I140.Now My client where I am working has been waiting to hire me for some 3 years after getting my GC.Now my client says..if I am authorizing..their attorney by signing some papers..they can prioritize my paper work..My PD is been current for two months..I140 was filed..May mid.
Havent recvd the reciept yet..Is it wise to do???What can the client attorney do ???? Also,If there is any query my consulting company only have to anwer..And also..all the papers will be send to this new attorney which will be utter confusion right???
