Urgent - Can any one tell me if I can file my self I-824?

I am not getting co-operation from my attorney. I need to know if I can file my self I-824, I will be able to get signed by my employer though. How do I handle AC140 documents? Because I will not have any attorney assistance from this point of time. Am I taking too risk? Should I go back to any other attorney? IF that is the case if there any problem will be there, the attonrey names different than I-140 approval notice. Some one please help me. Situation is going out of my control.

I think you do need attorney. You might be able to file I824 on your own,however for AC140 - your attorney will have to certify all the documents. You cannot do it on your own. You can change attorneys. I don\'t think that is a problem.
