Urgent but simple question regarding PERM

Here is the scenario

H1 - 6 years expiring - Oct 31st 2006

How much time is needed before filing PERM for ads and job order? The application has to go in before Oct 31st 2005 to qualify for 7th year extension.

When is the latest the ads should start? Is August 30th Ok?

Any help is appreciated.

All the Advt must be between 30 -180 days before filing.

If your atttorney plan it carfully, you can file it before Oct 31, 2005.

The company is going through merger and will not be start the ads before end of August. Will that leave enough time for filing before Oct 31st.

Talk to PR dept ask them to float the advt asap.
