urgent: Boston local INS EAD question

Hi,

Is it possible that after I filed 485/EAD to Vermont INS, and get the receipt, I go right away (before 90 days of filing EAD) to local Boston INS to get an EAD? Company lawyer wants to make money out of us and insist to apply EAD for us to INS.

Does anyone know the answer for this or have the phone number of local Boston INS dept. issuing EAD? Thanks,

Few did get their EAD done without even having the reciept. Boston INS office is known to have been one of those where you can get your EAD before 90 days.

Thanks for reply! What do you mean by "get EAD w/o receipt"? I need an EAD ASAP because I have a job offer and they don't sponsor H1 but want me to start ASAP. I lost a job offer half month ago because I need sponsorship.

i think you need to apply for EAD with the service center before getting the interim EAD.
INS service centers will not answer phones. The reason is big crowd...
 
In this case, with filing EAD with VSC < 90 days, I need to bring I485 receipt, EAD receipt and other necessary docs to get an intrim EAD at Boston local INS? Thanks,
