Urgent appointment for h1b stamping

Hi,

I have tried everywhere to get an urgent appointment for Jun 15-July 15,2005
But none of the consulate seems to be obliging. I am bit lost. I have my official vacation for that duration, I have an official letter from the office stating the same.

I would appreciate any suggestions for this problem. I am from Mumbai, can I take my appointment in some other consulate.
