URGENT Applying I131 (Advance Payroll mysely) - Advice/comment please

Hello Friends,

I am planning to reapply for AP myself since my previous Advance Parole Expired. I am doing it myself since I had bad experience with my attorney who reapplied my EAD. if anybody had done that before, would you please share your experiences?

I took the printout of I131 form sheela murthy web site but the application says the processing fees is $65. I remember that I paid $95 when I first applied AP along with I485. Please advice me if anybody has filed the I131 Adavnce Parole without help of lawyer.

I filled the Application and It looks simple.

$95 when I filed in Dec. 2001

I did file by myself in middle of December and
got the receipt in two weeks. Waiting for approval.

The following are what I sent to INS
1. Letter explaining why I need AP
2. Form I-131 (fillable pdf from immihelp.com)
3. Copy of I-485
4. $95 check

I did as James Y said except for the covering letter as to why the ap is needed. Ah well, this whole thing is a crapshoot anyway.
