Urgent!!! ---- Application for LC but 53 days without being paid

Send this message for my friend. Below is the original message she sent:

Company A was not able to pay me for 53 days, but I was not laid off. CEO of Company A asked me to stay until the last day before I left. On Day 57, I began to work for Company B with a new H-1 B approval. I am on H-1B in both Companies. Now I am ready to apply for GC. I wonder whether this might affect my GC application or not. If yes, what should I do?

Speak to the attorney handling the GC processing about this to be certain since it is that attorney who will have to handle any problems.
