Urgent...AP and EAD after resigning from the company

Guys,

I need your opinion on this case. I currently resign from my company due to the worsen political conditions. File I140 and 48 on January 2003 and 140 approved on April 2003. EAD and AP approved on June 2003. Here are my questions:

1. Can I travel outside US with my AP during my unemployment period and come back to US if traveling occur before AP expired?

2. Can I apply for another EAD and AP if by June 2004 I still cannot find similar job per AC21?

3. While looking for another similar job, can I use my EAD to work on different field temporarily?

Just ensure that you apply for your renewal EAD atleast 90 days prior to the expiry date on the current one. That way, you can pick up an iEAD from the local INS office if you don't get the renewal before the expiry date.

i dont know about travelling outside

but surely u can apply for EAD even if u r unemplyed

they dont need any emplyment letter.
EAD needs to be applied 3-4 months b4 expiry


I think you can work any kinda job during ur EAD

The EAD doesnt specify what kinda work u can do

Do you guys have any idea what kind of documentation that I should bring when traveling with AP? Or AP is sufficient enough?
