URGENT: AOS and F1

Hello Gurus,

Pls advise on the following:

I am not yet married and we were planning to get married after 3 months from now.

my fiancé has a B1/B2 visa and he is presently in India. And to take advantage of AOS filing now, pls let me know if the following is possible:

I go to India, get married in India, and come back to US. Is it possible for my fiancé to come to US on his B1/B2 visa and then file from within US for his visa status change from B1/B2 to H4 and also simultaneously file for his AOS?


Thank you very much for your help, this is very crucial for us to decide..

forgot to add this to it...

Pls also advise if this is possible as an alternative:

If I get married before filing my AOS, and do not file AOS for my spouse, can he enter US on F1 visa?

OR

If we do not get married, I file for my AOS, and he enters US on F1 visa, can we get married in US after I file for my AOS?
 
I believe its better for you to

1. goto India,
2. get married,
3. register your marriage
4. get h4
5. Come back to the US
6. File for AOS

if its possible within the next month. Also, Aug Visa bulletin would be out by sometime mid July, so you'd know then if dates remain current and you have more time.
