URGENT : Any San Jose FP'ers

My friend whose ND is 09/07 has rcvd that his FP notice has been sent out. His lawyer's office say it is for the next week.

His wife has just left for India and he is worried.

My question is for all San Jose FP'ers. Do you get a range of dates to go for the FP.

I got a specific date and time (Oct 30, 11 am) to come in for fingerprinting at the Charcot ASC. But I walked in on Sep 23 and had them done. So I guess, you do have a range of dates: from the day you have the notice in hand to the appointment date.
