Urgent and Desperate: how to bring my wife to US

I just got married in China. My I-485 is pending now and I used Advanced Parole to come back to US this time. My case is sponsored by my previous company. But I changed my job after I filed my I-485 for 180 days.
        I still has the I-94 from H-1 case sponsored by my previous company. Can my new-married wife applies to H-4 and comes here before my I-485 is approved? Which document is needed for my wife to apply to H-4?
        If H-4 is not possible, is there any other way that I can try to bring her here before my I-485 is processed?
        Any input is greatly appreciated. I am desperate to bring her here as soon as possible.
 
same situation ..help needed

I am on my 485 and have an interview for my 485 approval on jan 24th. I got married on jan 2. My wife is not in the US. we got married in india.

my understanding is that since I cannot get my wife in the US before my interview (afterwhich i should get my 485 approval), the process is as follows:
1) i get my 485 approval
2) she files for CP
3) gets GC and then comes to US.

my second question...
my wife is studying in australia but is an indian citizen. She has lived in asutralia from aug 98-nov 00 (then one year interning in the US) and now returng to australia to complete her degree.

wher does she have to file her CP? can she do it in australia?

if there is any other method that can be used, please email me ASAP as I have my interview in a weeks time.

F-1 and H-4 to try

Hi,
I am from China. So the case could be different. But my fiance got rejected three times with her F-1 visa request without any reason. And my H-1 expired after I used my Ap. So she cannot try these all.
To you, maybe F-1 could work out. If you are a student, let her try F-2. If you are working under H-1 now, apply to H-4 seems the safest way of bringing finance to US. But if you are a GC holder, then the only thing you guys can do is to ask her to apply to either F-1 or H-1 visa and get married after she comes. Otherwise, the waiting line will be too long to stand.
Anyway, no way is for sure right now. Good luck!
