Urgent:All people 485/EEAD/Ap LUD's are changing at VSC

LUD Change

There was a change of LUD on my pending I-485 (03/27). What are the prevailing theories and/or any confirmed fact on this mass effect of LUD change on several cases?

Approved I-140 (01/05)
FP RCVD (09/30/05), Medical RFE_RCVD (12/21/05)
I-485 LUD's (09/30/05, 12/21/05, 12/27/05, 12/28/05, 03/27/06)

It does suck to sit on our laurels doing this guessing game and wondering when an approval would come through.

I think VSC is moving these applications to other service centers.This is my two cents.

My and spouse 485 Lud's changed on 3/25
Approved EAD For spouse Lud changed on 3/25.Mine not

I called several of my friends their approved EAD/Ap/H1B also changed.These cases approved 6 months ago.We filed thorugh different companies last year August and september of 2005 on EB2.

Please throw some light on this

My case details:

EB2:140/485:RD:11/19/05 ND:12/04/05 EAD/AP AD:12/27
LUd on 485:1/27(After FP),3/25
PD:12/2004

I got a hold of VSC people 15 minutes with my attorney arranged confference call.I think because of Monday,i cannot catch VSC people.We will call one more time this week whenever my Attorney will have time.
 
same lud 03/27 on spouse 131/765

My case also almost of same as you. I applied I-140, 485 Aug-2005
EB2 .pd= July 2001.
My I-140 Approved on FEB-10-2006.
As of now NO LUDS on my 485.
 
LUD Changed for Spouse and Child, not for Primary

Hi,

In my case No LUD change for me, but I have noticed the LUD changes for my Wife and my Kid.

Anybody in the same boat?

My Details:

EB2. PD: April, 2002
I 140/485 ND: May 2005.
I 140 Approved: July 2005.
I 485 Last LUD November 2005 ( for Address Change).
 
My spouse AP LUD changed on 03/23, on the same day USCIS issued
NOID on my I-485. Though my employer revoked my I-140 in october of 2005 USCIS didn't work on my case because my case is under retrogession (just a guess). When we applied for my spouse AP I think officer looked at my I-485 file and found the revoked I-140 and issued NOID. Along with LUD there are no new messages.

So I think my LUD's are not related to processing center transfer.
 
positive side is ac21 issue out of the way now, this wud hv come back later anyway

I am from NSC, LUD changed(04/03/06) on both our EAD which were approved in Jan 06. I140 , I485 and pending AP LUD did not change. I140 approved in June 2005. Any inputs or thoughts??
 
LUD on wifes approved EAD application today again. So this the second lud in 10 days. Dont know whats going on?? No LUDs on any other application..
 
I am getting LUDs on my wife approved EAD/AP that was done in Dec. My GC is approved and we even have the card. Someone is moving files around???
