Urgent Advise For B1 Visa Stamping

i gave interview in and abu dhabi for B1 visa , i was working and had UAe resident visa . I was given yellow sheet that my case will go for administrative procedure...............after few months i had to quit and cancel my UAE visa and came back to my home country....Now a week back online status says to drop off passport to counslate, is it possible i can send my passport for stamping to UAE .........or they wont stamp B1 visa ( reject to stamp ) based tht my UAE residency visa is cancelled and i am no longer working and i am no longer in UAE ....
And is it possible i can get it stamped from my home country based on online status approval............. please advise

It looks like the B-1 won't get issued.

Urgent advise for b! Visa stamping

Thanks for the reply ..........................I forgot one information , i had already 1 year valid US B1/B2 visa which was not expired when i went for interview in AbuDhabi...........................And i didnt travelled on that visa as my son died last year and i couldnt travel to USA .................Would i still have chance to get visa stamped from Abu Dhabi .............................................

Further , I need to know is it possible that i can get it stamped from my home country Pakistan ............or i need to reapply for new interview in Pakistan and get through the whole process again ....................
