URGENT ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE!! Sorry wrong info given in the earlier post

I filed my 485 as a dependent on July 2005. My husband had filed on Oct 2002 and got his approval on feb 2005. Mine is still pending approval.
I recently checked the www.immigration.com site and it is showing May 2004 as the processing date.
I had created a portfolio for my case on the INS site and the last update date is July 19, 2005. So it looks like they moved my file on that date.
I called up INS to check on my case and the representative told me that my FBI name check is still pending. I explained the whole situation to her but she kept on saying FBI name check is pending. Now I am not sure if she saw it on my records or thats a standard reply.
What should I do to expedite my name check process??
I am VERY VERY worried about this. Please can someone guide or help?

What are you worried about, and why is this so urgent? Your I-485 was not attached to your husband's and is being reated as a July 2005 case. They're not processing July 2005 cases yet.

Your FBI name check is still pending. I'm not sure what else you wanted her to do or say.

Was your husband EB2 or EB3?
