do applicant pay the DV lottery fees at the embassy? or get a receipt from bank that you paid for US embassy.

the winner where did they pay the fees?

I used consular processing and paid for the fees at the consulate.

U will pay at the embassy the same day u go for ur interview.

You have to pay the fees in the embassy. you can pay the equivalent amount in your local currency or else you can pay in USD also.
