Urgen H4 question

Could somebody please advise me how should the H4 for spouse be applied?

I am currently on H1, I am planning to get married soon, my would be is a Canadian citizen and is in Canada right now.

How should I apply for her H4 after we get married?
Is the application filed in US or in Canada (where the spouse is)?
What all documents are needed for this purpose?
What is the fee for this filing?

After marriage , your spouse can go to US consulate in canada and get H4. Need marriage certificate, a letter from your employer, your h1 copy.
You can also file for H4 after she comes here in some other visa (prior visa status required to do this) and file I539. See INS web site and check this form out.

thanks for your reply. Is there a web site somewhere which depicts the entire process of filing the H-4 visa? If my wife needs
to file this, then where would she get a form for this? In a US consulate in Canada or somewhere on the web? Is the form intutive enough to figure out how to go about the process?
