Urdent Need of advise

Hi,

I will appreciate if you can answer my questions:

I am completing 6 years on my H1B visa soon, but I can file for 7th year extension for H1B1 as my LC was filed more than 365 days back. I also have Canadian PR.

Q1. If I move to Windsor, Canada and daily commute to work in Detroit, USA; can I keep continuing my H1B visa for 8th year too?

Q2. Would this move make any problem in filing I-140 or Consular Processing or other processes involved with Green Card in USA?

Q3. How can I accomplish that I move to Windsor and do not risk the GC process in USA, when I am daily commuting for work from Canada to USA?

----- if you want to file AOS or I-485 I think you need to stay in USA, you need to discuss with your lawyer, many are are working in US and statying in windsor
