Still on April 30th

Called SESA, they are still on April 30th. Meanwhile we should make a list of NON-RIR cases pending after April 30th, so that we can track the progress on LC.:(
 
how many applications pending??

Next time you call SESA can you check how many applications they have pending for 30th April that will give us n idea as to when they will be done with 30th April and move on the rest of the applications. After 30th is done they should definitely move faster as they had less applications for Non-RIR after April.

It will take number of Months

I asked Richard about the number of April 30th application. All he told me that they will take number of months to complete 30th. He had no idea about the number. :( :mad:
 
NON-RIR still on April 30th

I called SESA office and spoke to a Lady. She told me to wait atleast a year for my case. My PD is March 11, 2002. They received about 10,000 application on 30th. Don't know how much the have done out of 10,000.:o

Any body received the notification to run the advertisements in Newspaper

Hi,

We should collect the data for members, who has received the notification from VA labor to run the NON-RIR ads in newspaper.
please give case# is in 02461xxx format and date received. I think it will be helpfull to estimate the April 30 th processing.

Mine just went in, after a transfer from CA, so I have no info yet.

Any updates?

Still waiting on info from SESA to my lawyer with case numbers etc.
He had heard that the VA SESA felt they were close to getting through the 30th.
Any one have any other updates? I don't know about you but looking at the speed with which MA-SESA has moved after clearing April has lifted my spirits a bit.

As of today 08/06/03 they are still working on April 30, 2001

Gentleman at SESA told me to call back after 2 months (atleast). I guess will have to wait untill internity. :mad: :o :o
 
They are working on May 2 2001

Good News. I verified with Richard. They are working on May 2, 2001 for NON-RIR. :)

Wow that is good news. Still a ways out for me, but the fact that it will actually move will help with the waiting.
As people get notified to start advertising it will be even nicer!
 
Any body with Priority Date April 30 2001

Has any body with PD April 30, 2001 got LC Approval or notification of moving to Philly DOL.
