Updates on EAD renewal without message change

My spouse's (derivate) EAD renewal got two updates without message change. Current EAD is already expired and we sent request for Interim EAD or EAD on 12th and we have 14th and 15th Updates but no message change. Could that be approval? Anyone seen any other outcome when you saw EAD updates without message change. Please share
 
Thank you Triple Citizen. I wonder what RFE could it be. I have sent copy of my I140 and all relevant copies in the mail I sent last week. Hopefully something gets sorted out this week.

It could be anything. I have seen RFEs where the same documents that were attached with the initial application are being re-requested.
 
Finally with second Infopass my spouse got another Update on pending EAD. The Infopass officer called back and informed that the EAD is approved (within 5 hours after Infopass appointment). This is 125th day after applying. Online status still shows EAD received and pending. We are hoping to receive EAD asap.

So, never apply for EAD or AP online, it will take for ever to get approve. see jsn_lee's thread.
