I got one set of mails on 10/14 containing the receipt numbers.

Two other mails reached me on 10/21 (or 10/22) containing the FP scheduling info for spouse and me. They have given us a slot on 11/05 and provided info on the location where we need to go. I have not called them to confirm the dates though.
 
Got the Receipt Notices from CSC

RD 09/30
ND 10/07
CSC

Called USCIS and took the FP appointment.
What should we do if we get the seperate FP notice, any thoughts?

FedEx on Sep/29 and reached sep/30
Just got cleared my checks on 10/24th

No receipt yet, but i have the EAC numbers from the checks i gave

I have received all receipts (140/485/765/131) as of today.

Plz help. My application reached USCIS(TSC) on the 30th and was sent back saying no visa dates were available. We sent back the appliation contesting that the very same day we received it. Now we got back the application again stating that the I-485 form was out of date (I-485 form was valid until end of 9/30), but it was current when we sent it.

How do we appeal this. We are planing to send both the old and the new application, but do we have to send new fees too? (fees change from 26th oct).

Any other help in contesting this is very much appreciated.

FIled concurrently but only got I-40 receipt and not I-485, 765?

Anyone recently receive the I-140 receipt without getting the I-485,765 reciept even though they filed all together?

Yes. My 140 was accepted but 485 and other items were sent back saying the visa # were not available, when in fact it was.

Was you visa number current? Mine was! Did your attorney have any suggestions?
 
140 receipt without 485 receipt

I filed for 140EB1EA/ 140EB2NIW/ 485/131/765 concurrently 9/30/05 but only got receipt for 140 EB1EA 10/4/05.
Rest all pending.

:p Good news! I see that the checks for 485, 131, 765 were cleared today but can't see the images yet. I'm quite relieved even though I there was no reason for USCIS to return my application.
Hang in there DSLstart and chicchu..the USCIS machine moves slow but moves sure.

My visa # was current the day they received it. Attorney says we will send it back with the new form and fees and ask them to consider the old receipt date. What else can be done?
 
Checks cashing to receipts

If all the checks are cashed and if I have EAC numbers for each of them, does that mean, that all the applications were received. I have not got the receipts yet.

You are fine, sometimes it takes time to get the receipt notices.
 
Today I got an email that AP was approved as well. Sadly it might be a moot point again for me as I am hearing that 140 RFE expects me to convert EB2 to EB3 which would make both EAD and AP useless for me :(
 
EAD Cards question

The online status for me first showed "Your Case has been approved and new cards have been ordered for you"

Then the case status changed to "This case has been approvedandd an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice....."

Does this mean the cards have been already sent?
