Just out of curiosity, when they say nagotiations, for how long do they meet? is it only certain days??? I mean, few days of meeting and my head is stuffed. Imagine these meetings ... crazy
As my feeling, at least there is no more postpone that delays months and months. In other hand, the negotiation part must be done for both parties. Otherwise there will be other delay.
I wish the result could come out quickly so everyone benefits from it.
You know I think the AILF laywers should have said No negotations ("NO SOUP FOR YOU").and let the judge make the decision..We all know the INS likes to negotiate and play around and not do shize!..
I think they meet for few minutes in a week and go Oopsie-daisey no-can-do-over-my-dead-body-this-will-happen-time-for-lunch....NEXT!!@!@
