A bit of good news. My wife's uncle was released on Saturday and his immigration case has been reopened.

According to USCIS's papers, they couldn't deport him back to his home country because the American Consulate in the home country didn't promise protection for him and his family if sent back.

His case has gotten more stronger since we have written proof now of "unsafe conditions" for him if sent back to home country.
