update on already approved I-131 application

Hi,
My I-131 application was approved on August'05.
But Yday, status changed to this -

Application Type: I131 , APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On November 10, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning
your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date,
please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.


Now, I didn't requested any information on this application. Infact I have not requested any info on any of my pending applications.
Anyone else had same experience like this?

Yeah, But I did that in June. After that there were few LUD changes in June. I assumed that those LUDs were due to address change.
But I wonder if they will come up with this message due to address change after 5 months. I infact applied for I-131 after address change.

Never underestimate the process that USCIS has in place for such things

Wait and see if you get anything in the mail -- I wouldn't worry as you already have your AP in hand.
