Looks like all 485 cases transfer from VSC to TSC not complete. So TSC unable to take action as per update I received from Congressman for our 485 cases which are transfered on March 7th. Update I got thru Congressman "

" Currently our office has received all the A files for this family; however, the Eastern Service still shows to be ownership of the electronic files and are not showing up on our system yet of being transferred.

They have received 20,000 I-485 applications and need time to add them into their own system. "

I think we have to wait and does not look like approval coming in June 2007.

Well, the good news is that they're consistent with their response. The feedback you posted is pretty much the same feedback that I got from my congresswoman's office. 20,000 cases transferred and the transfer cases haven't all yet been processed.
This really burns me up. When they issued the bi-specialization phase 2 ruling about transfer of AOS cases from the VSC to the TSC, they essentially stated that this transfer is an internal USCIS process and shall have no adverse impact on its customers; us. They stated that the original filing date of the applications shall be maintained and ergo the applicants would not end up at the back of the line.
Now, for me personally, this is moot, since I'm stuck in name check, but the fact of the matter is that the transfer processing is definitely tacking on some additional processing time for all 20,000 AOS cases. Its like going to Starbucks and being told that your latte would take 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes to be ready because they're getting their coffee beans from Guatemala instead of Colombia now....just simply unreal.

I agree. To me it looks like physical (paper) files are transfered to TSC but VCS has not given access for electronic data records (file access thru computer) which may cause the delay. Comments are welcome.
