Upcoming oath ceremony in Tennessee

Hi there,
I know that Amishah is going to an oath ceremony on Friday march 25th. but does anybody know when is the next ceremony after that for middle tennesse, like in nashville. sombody told me about one in Memphis on May 5th. Any information would be much appreciated. I looked up online for the naturalization ceremonies they don't have anything unlike other states.

I don't know yet about my name check, but the officer didn't mention anything about it being pending or anything like that. I have mailed mr. Hardy a certified letter on march the 3rd, and i am waiting for an answer hopefully soon with positive answer.keep my updated. what about you?

You can call Joyce Brooks (615) 736-7445 (ext.238). He is in charge of Naturalizations at the Middle District Court of Tennessee (based in Nashville).

calling regarding next oath ceremony

Hey highlander,
I will be calling Joyce in the middle tennessee district court tomorrow to ask about the next naturalization ceremony. My guess that they don't know yet when it's going to be, otherwise , they could have mailed us the letter! I will call and see though and i will let you know.

April's Oath ceremonies in Tennessee.

Well everybody,
I called the lady from the Middle tennessee district court Joyce Brooks and she told me that they administer 3 ceremonies each month( great!) . and the next oath ceremonies in April will be one on April 21 and two on april 22.
I perceive this info as positive one. Anyone in tennessee please share with me.

But I wonder if they have 3 oath ceremony why it takes them 2 months after an interview to oath for almost everyone.

I would say that the DO in memphis is far far behind and that could be the reason. Also, being far behind with huge backlog could be the reason behind administering 3 ceremonies each month, so they can keep up with the flow of new citizens. Don't you think?
I know this girl went to the interview 2 weeks before me and she will be in the oath ceremony tomorrow. Another girl went to the interview one day right after me, and she hasn't gotten the letter for oath yet. So, i am guessing i am in the safe side as of yet.
What do you think. You could ask them , if you be so kind, that if i were on an interview on Feb 7, should i be expected for April 21st or 22nd?
